Her unexpected arrival into the lives of Stryker By Design's team members sparked a remarkable journey. Gracie's story began as a serendipitous blend of circumstances—a chance encounter between an indoor pet and an outdoor working farm dog—that captured the hearts of a dedicated team at Stryker By Design, a design and manufacturing company owned by four women: Hayley Clark-Johnson, Tina Johnson, Tasha Hunsaker, and Tina Anderson.

Moved by Gracie's unwavering spirit and the profound connection she shared with everyone she encountered, the team channeled the talent and resources at Stryker into making toys, just for Gracie. These toys, fashioned from the same durable materials as Stryker's esteemed products, exuded cleverness, humor, and a keen focus on fostering play between dogs and their human companions.

In 2014, American Dog was born with a commitment to crafting premium, USA-made toys and accessories that enhance the bond between dogs and their owners. Each creation echoes Gracie's spirited nature, reflecting our unwavering dedication to fostering durable, interactive play. At American Dog, we are proud to offer dog toys and accessories that are 100 percent American-made. Each product is hand-produced daily with a focus on enhancing the bond between dogs and their owners.
